Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. While the oven is preheating, crack all eggs into a large bowl and whisk well. Add in the cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, and whisk until well combined.
    6 Eggs
  • Add in the shredded cheese, and mix to combine. Then add in the spinach, and mix again.
1 cup Half and Half, ½ teaspoon Pepper, ½ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Onion powder, ¼ teaspoon Paprika
  • In a separate bowl, combine the diced ham and honey mustard, mixing to coat.
1 cup Cheddar cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • Add the egg mixture and honey mustard coated ham to your pie crust, spreading everything out evenly.
    2 cups Baby spinach
  • Sprinkle with more cheese if desired, then bake at 375°F for 40-45 minutes, or until the center isn't gooey.
½ cup Ham, 2 Tablespoons Honey mustard

Notes

  • You can also use homemade crust for this recipe, or pre-made pie crust. When using either option, prebake the crust for 10 minutes to keep it from getting too soggy.
  • If you can find them, I highly suggest farm eggs! Quiche is a very egg-heavy recipe so the quality of the eggs makes a big difference.
  • Feel free to experiment with the fillings in quiche! I love a simple spinach, ham and cheese quiche, but mushrooms, diced peppers, and onions all make fantastic additions too.
  • Use leftover ham for a truly incredible quiche! Sliced deli ham will work as well, but it won't be quite as flavorful or tender.
