Pressure Cooked Ham

Pressure Cooker Ham Ingredients

Let's cook!

Combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, and green onions in a medium bowl. Mix well.

Step 1

Place trivet into your Instant Pot. Pour in orange juice Place your ham on top and brush on ½ of the glaze mixture. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Carefully release the pressure. Lift the ham out of the pot and set aside on a plate. Drain the excess liquid from the pot.

Step 3

Set your Instant Pot to saute mode and add butter.

Step 4

Once melted, return the ham to the pot. Sear until browned on all sides.

Step 5

Remove to a plate. It is that easy!
