What makes this recipe special?
Loaded with tender slow cooker pork, crispy chips, melty cheese and fresh vegetables, you'll be looking for any excuse to serve these nachos again and again!
– Tortilla chips – Pulled pork – Shredded cheese – Jalapeno – Avocado – Corn – Tomato – Red onion – Lime juice – Cilantro – Sour cream
Prepare pulled pork by following my recipe, or use your favorite pulled pork, or store-bought.
Preheat the oven to 400°F, and spread out a bag of tortilla chips evenly in an oven-safe skillet.
Top the chips with pulled pork.
Cover the entire thing with your favorite shredded cheese.
Place the entire pan in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chips are crisp.
Add the rest of the ingredients, including the sliced jalapeno, diced avocado, corn, diced tomato, red onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
Top with a drizzle of sour cream or Mexican crema, and serve!
