What makes this recipe special?
My Crockpot Pulled Pork Recipe is an easy pulled pork recipe you can make with just 5 minutes of prep and simple but flavorful ingredients!
Mix BBQ sauce, beef broth, and brown sugar together in a bowl, then add in garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to thoroughly combine.
Add pork loin roast to the slow cooker. Cover with the BBQ sauce mixture.
Cook on High for 4 hours. Turn 2 to 3 times while the pork cooks to ensure it cooks evenly. When you turn it, begin shredding the pork by pulling it apart with 2 forks.
Turn to Low and cook another 45 minutes until most of the juice absorbs and the pork shreds easily. Remove fat from the pork with tongs, and set aside to dispose. Serve, and enjoy!
