– Pie Crust – Eggs – Cream (Half and half preferred) – Salt and pepper – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Paprika – Cheddar cheese – Mozzarella cheese – Baby spinach – Ham – Honey mustard – Green onion (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Crack all eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add in the cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, and whisk.
Add in the shredded cheese, and mix to combine. Then add in the spinach, and mix again.
In a separate bowl, combine the diced ham and honey mustard, mixing to coat.
Add the egg mixture and honey mustard coated ham to your pie crust, spreading everything out evenly.
Sprinkle with more cheese, then bake at 375°F for 40-45 minutes.
Serve immediately, and garnish with green onions (optional). Enjoy!
