– Bone-in pork chops – Italian panko breadcrumbs – Italian breadcrumbs – Parmesan cheese – Garlic powder – Eggs
Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a small bowl, combine both types of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Parmesan, and mix until evenly combined.
In a shallow dish large enough for the pork chops, whisk the eggs with a fork.
Dip each pork chop into the eggs until coated on all sides.
Dip the egg-coated pork chops into the breadcrumbs, pressing more coating on with your hands until all sides are completely covered.
Place the breaded pork chops on to the greased baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve!
