Air fryer boneless pork chops are ready in under 20 minutes using simple ingredients!
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs with Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, beat eggs together.
Dip pork chops in eggs, then coat with the breading mixture. Shake off any excess.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Let it preheat completely! Then, spray pork chops on each side with olive oil spray and arrange them in the air fryer.
Cook for 5 minutes, then flip. Cook 4-6 minutes more, depending on how thick the chops are. They're done when they read 140°F on a meat thermometer.
Let the pork chops rest after removing from the air fryer for at least 5 minutes.
