Combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, and green onions in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Place trivet into your Instant Pot. Pour in orange juice. Place ham on the trivet, and brush on the glaze mixture. Lock the lid in place and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, carefully release the pressure. Lift the ham out of the pot and set aside on a plate. Drain the excess liquid from the pot.
Set your Instant Pot to saute mode and add stick butter.
Once melted, return the ham to the pot. Sear until browned on all sides.
Remove ham to a plate, slice, and serve!
