Pork Rib Roast Recipe

I generally like to think of Pork Rib Roast as the prime rib of pork; it's that tender, delicious, and mouth-watering. For being so simple to make, it's perfectly seasoned and slowly roasted to perfection in the oven.

Not only is this the best pork roast recipe for flavor, but it's also an easy one-pan dinner. The roasted sweet potatoes cook underneath the pork in the same pan - and you will not believe how flavorful those sweet potatoes are from catching all of the pork drippings!

My family loves this standing pork rib roast for the holidays, and I know yours will, too. Give it a try and I guarantee you will be amazed by how flavorful this bone-in pork roast is!

Bone-in Pork Roast Tips

  • When dealing with a pork roast, I always like to have a meat thermometer on hand to achieve the desired temperature without any worry.
  • Roast your pork roast fat side up; this helps add extra flavor as the juices run through the roast, instead of inside the pan.
  • Allow your pork rib roast to rest for 10 minutes after being removed from the oven. This locks in as much moisture and juice as possible.
  • This recipe for bone-in pork rib roast also works with a boneless pork roast!
